At JX Tactical, we are committed to providing quality customer services. Below are the terms of our return policy:
Order Fulfillment Errors
If we make an error in fulfilling your holster or magazine pouch order, we will correct it promptly. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item, detailing the error and providing pictures to help us begin the exchange/return process.
Non-Returnable Items
All holsters and magazine pouches are built-to-order and cannot be returned. This is a standard practice in the industry for custom and built-to-order products.
Belts, Lights, and Optics are non-returnable. Should you encounter a workmanship issue, please contact the manufacturer of the item (see JX Tactical Warranty page for more information)
Customer Order Errors
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct product is ordered based on their firearm, light/laser, and attachments. If your firearm model or configuration is not listed in the dropdown menu, it means we currently do not have a holster available for that model. While we do not offer refunds for incorrectly ordered items, we welcome feedback on models you’re interested in. Please email us so we can track demand for future product development.
If you are unsure about which product to order, including compatibility with attachments or modifications, please contact us at answers@jxtactical.com before placing your order. We typically respond within 24 hours, though response times may be longer on weekends.
Rare Authorized Returns
In rare circumstances, and at our discretion, a return or exchange may be authorized under the following conditions:
- A $25 return fee will be charged.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping.
Note: The $25 return fee does not apply to returns or exchanges resulting from JX Tactical fulfillment errors.
