Order Errors or Defective Items
If JX Tactical makes an error when fulfilling your order or if you receive a defective product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To begin the process, email answers@jxtactical.com and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no cost to the customer.
Built-to-Order Products
Many of our products, including holsters and magazine pouches, are built to order based on the firearm and configuration selected at checkout.
Because these items are manufactured specifically for the customer’s order, they are generally not eligible for returns or refunds due to customer ordering errors.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they select the correct firearm model, attachments, and configuration when placing an order.

Manufacturer Products
Items such as belts, lights, and optics are not eligible for return through JX Tactical.
If you experience a workmanship or product issue with these items, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty support. Additional warranty information can be found on our Warranty page.
Authorized Returns
In limited circumstances, JX Tactical may authorize a return or exchange.
Authorized returns must meet the following conditions:
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- A $25 return processing fee will apply per item
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
The return processing fee does not apply to returns resulting from JX Tactical fulfillment errors.
Return Shipping Costs
Return Cost – Customer Responsibility:
If the return is due to a customer ordering error (such as ordering the wrong product, firearm model, or configuration), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable return fees.
Return Cost – JX Tactical Responsibility:
If the return is due to a JX Tactical fulfillment error or defective product, JX Tactical will cover the cost of return shipping and there will be no return fee charged to the customer.
Refund Processing
Once an authorized return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
