You can expect a reply to your inquiry within 24 hours Monday - Friday, often sooner. Please allow a little extra time to receive a response on Saturday and Sunday.

- As each holster is built-to-order, please allow an estimated 5-7 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays) lead time from order date to shipping date.
- Orders are hand crafted in the order they are received into the queue.
- Due to COVID and high order volume, unpredictable delays may occur without notification.
- You will receive an email when your order has been packaged for shipment.
- Once your order is complete, it will typically be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage mail the following business day.
