Each holster and magazine pouch we sell carries a 1 year workmanship warranty. This policy is maintained for all models of JX Tactical holsters and magazine carriers including OWB, standard IWB, and "Fat Guy" IWB models. We take great pride in the quality of our craftmanship. Should your holster or magazine pouch have a workmanship defect, please contact us with your order number. We will correct the issue through provision of replacement parts, or a replacement holster, based on the circumstances and at our discretion. PLEASE NOTE: Alterations or modifications to the product that are not completed, or approved, by JX Tactical, Inc. can affect the function and safety of the product. Any alterations or modifications completed by anyone/company other than JX Tactical will result in voiding the warranty regardless of the age of the holster.
If we make an error in your holster or magazine pouch order fulfillment, we will make sure that your order is corrected as quickly as possible. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the holster to let us know what the error was and provide us with pictures so that we can begin an exchange/return process.
For all other situations, JX Tactical "Fat Guy", IWB, and OWB pistol holsters as well as our magazine pouches are not returnable. There are two main reasons for this: 1) Every pistol holster and magazine pouch is built-to-order, think of a custom order. It is a common industry standard not to accept returns of custom orders. 2) "Fat Guy" holsters are appendix-carry, inside-the-waistband holsters. Because of this, they are carried in very sensitive areas of the body. We want customers to be assured that we do not sell holsters that have been in the sensitive areas of another customer's body. Due to an influx of incorrect orders, please note the following: If you order incorrectly, we can not refund the order. It is the customer's responsibility to order a product that will work with the customer's gun, light/laser, and attachments. If you do not see your exact model in the drop down list, this means that we do not have a holster available for your model. We do, however, keep track of customer model interest as we consider new models to add to our product lines, so please don't hesitate to email us about a model you are looking for.
If you have questions regarding which model to order, including attachments, lights, and other modifications, please contact us before placing your order. We reply to most emails within 24 hours (a little longer on Saturday and Sunday).
In rare circumstances, at our discretion, a return may be authorized. In these rare situations, a $25 return fee WILL be charged and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping. If an exchange is authorized, the customer will also be responsible for a $5 shipping charge (for the replacement item) in addition to the return fee and shipping the return product back to us. *The $25 return fee does not apply to returns/exchanges that are a result of a JX Tactical fulfillment error.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Additional fine print regarding shipping: Once your order has been packaged for shipment, you will receive an email with the USPS tracking number. USPS is experiencing unprecedented shipping volumes and limited employee availability causing possible delays in service as a result of COVID-19. JX Tactical cannot, and does not, make any guarantees for USPS delivery times. Once USPS tracking states that an item has been delivered, JX Tactical is no longer responsible for the transport and delivery of the item. Should your item show as delivered, but you are unable to locate the item, we suggest that you contact your local postmaster or postal carrier and/or review the lost package guidelines at www.usps.com to assist in locating a package that has been marked as delivered. Should your order arrived damaged, please retain the packaging and contact us as soon as possible.
