JX Tactical is pleased to offer shipping to virtually any address worldwide. Please note that certain products may be subject to restrictions and may not be eligible for shipment to international destinations.

Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S. and Territories)

Orders $0.01 - $98.99: $5.00 Flat Rate via USPS First Class
Orders $99.00 and over: Free USPS First Class Shipping

International Shipping (Including Canada)

For international orders, including those to Canada, please contact us at answers@jxtactical.com for shipping costs and estimated delivery times.

Shipping Notifications and Tracking

Once your order has been packaged and prepared for shipment, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. Please note that USPS may experience delays due to high shipping volumes or limited employee availability. JX Tactical does not guarantee USPS delivery times.

Responsibility After Delivery

Shipping carriers handle the transport of all packages, and issues such as loss, theft, or damage can occur in transit or after delivery. To help customers protect their orders, we offer Route Shipping Protection at checkout. Route is a trusted and hassle-free package protection service that provides an easy claims process and clear claim updates, helping customers avoid the delays and frustration that can come with filing directly through a shipping carrier. If a claim is approved, Route will provide a refund or reimbursement, depending on the claim type.

If you purchased Route Shipping Protection at checkout, you may file a claim directly through Route for eligible lost, stolen, or missing packages.

If Route Shipping Protection was declined/deselected, the customer assumes all responsibility for lost, stolen, or missing shipments and JX Tactical is not responsible for refunds or replacements.

Once USPS takes possession of the package, JX Tactical is no longer responsible for the transport or delivery of the item. If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  • Contacting your local postmaster or postal carrier for assistance

  • Reviewing the USPS lost package guidelines at www.usps.com for help locating a missing package

Damaged Orders

If you purchased Route Shipping Protection at checkout, please file a claim directly through Route. Route will assist with eligible damaged shipments through a simple and customer-friendly claims process, helping ensure issues are handled as smoothly as possible. If approved, Route will provide a refund or reimbursement, depending on the claim outcome.

If Route Shipping Protection was declined/deselected, the customer assumes ALL responsibility for shipping damage and JX Tactical is NOT responsible for refunds or replacements.
