Best appendix carry
SO comfortable. Allows easy angle adjustments on the fly, sits at the perfect height. Get a good 1.5" wide belt that is 2" longer than you actually need, be honest with yourself, and strap it on. G19, Holosun, Olight Baldur S, threaded & capped barrel for carry. Not a tiny little embarrassing fella - little bit of chonk, not the max. Adequate chonk!

Best IWB holster I've ever owned
After a bit of adjustment on the tension screw, the holster holds my Sig P365 x-macro securely but it's also easy to draw. As far as how the holster feels on my body, I'm able to appendix carry without any discomfort, even if I'm sitting down or driving. The UtiliClip is great, too. For me, this is the perfect IWB holster.

First Holster 10/10
This is my first holster and I did a ton of research to land on it. I’m about 6’3 250 and have a slight overhang of the belt. This baby rides low and I run one belt clip and one utilclip.. I can sit down comfortably and it does not print.. I’m running a shield plus so trying to stay low profile in general.. if you are running a full size I don’t know how it will work for you.. but for a man of my stature it’s perfect. Couldn't be happier with it. Thanks

Creates pressure points that become very painful in a few hours span. Holster needs a bit more surface area or padding to prevent hot spots.

Great holster. I have a long commute and am constantly switching from operating an excavator to sitting in an office chair to walking around picking up heavy stuff. It never pokes my stomach, even while sitting down, driving or operating. I don't even feel it while standing up. It's very comfortable and i absolutely recommend it!
