Good holster
I have had one of these holsters for about 16 months, recently my holster had an odd occurrence, it broke. If you have read on JX Tactical web sight they say there warranty is for one year. I took pictures of the holster sent & sent them in with an explanation of what has happened. They resounded very quickly asked for a bit more information of what had happened and said they were going to send me a replacement. This was before I replied to their reply. I am in sales and customer service and this is great customer services on, what I still believe, a great product. 5 stars all around JX. Thank you very much!
